10 step guide to being a baddie even when you feel like you’re not

-Faking it until you make it, eventually you will learn to face it, feel it and grow

-Take a lil’ peek at your traumas; you don’t have to sit there and face them just yet but take a look and be aware of your triggers

-Find a coach (that’s me!) or possibly a therapist; make sure you can be open and honest with this person

-Be a mess in a dress, (unapologetically) dressing up can really boost your mood

-Listen to podcasts and playlists (link some of my faves)

-DO THE THINGS THAT MOVE YOU

-No, seriously..do them

-Check ya’self; Make lists and refer back to them often. Also, notate thoughts that feel important or relevant to something you’re working on or through; Journal

-Cleanse your space

-Visualize, affirm and meditate on the good things you want for your life
